Simplicity at its best
The design of the medical interior is kept simple. The reason for this is the possibility to offer the operator multi-mission operations. It can be quickly installed and removed if required and requires no structural changes to the helicopter.
The medical interior for the UH60 Black Hawk is Air Ambulance Technology's most recent installation. The original design was a 2 patient configuration but due to the flexibility AAT offers its customers, it can be easily converted to a 1 patient configuration.
EMS Configuration
AAT's EMS kit for 1 patient is a very versatile EMS kit built in a modular system. All the equipment is installed on the medical floor which is attached to the original helicopter fittings. The whole kit can be installed and removed within approximately 10 minutes.
EMS Configuration
Air Ambulance Technology's EMS kit for 2 patients can be installed within 10 minutes, and can be easily removed if cleaning and disinfection is required. Due to the installation and removal time, the helicopter is not dedicated to the medical mission.
