Hercules C130 Container Configuration
In 2011 Air Ambulance Technology won the Austrian Military Prize for its container solution for the C130. The Container Solution for the Hercules C130 is loaded into the back of the aircraft and secured using the standard fixed provisions. It can be quickly reconfigured to fit the mission specifications, and can be completely removed for easy disinfection.
The Container has been specially designed and adapted for StratEvac use. It provides soundproofing, has anti-vibration and air conditioning built in, and can also be used as a stand alone unit. (field hospital)
